From July 20 to 21, the Weiqiao Pioneering Management Academy held a project defense and graduation ceremony for its executive class.

Zhang Bo, chairman of the Group and Dean of Weiqiao Pioneering Management Academy, along with Zhang Hongxia, Party secretary and general manager of the Group, attended the event in person to listen to some of the project reports and presented awards to the winning teams and outstanding individuals of the project defense.

He encouraged everyone to continue enhancing their capabilities and to strengthen their research on "the relationship between members of the industrial ecosystem" and "the synergy between intelligent transformation of traditional industries and scientific human resources management" to guide the company's future development.

Since its commencement on August 28, 2022, the executive class at Weiqiao Pioneering Management Academy has adopted various learning methods, including focused lectures, group discussions, and study tours. The participants have visited over 20 leading companies in the industry and completed 20 research projects related to the group's business development, providing constructive proposals for the company's development and management optimization.
