On December 19th, the 2023 China Textile Conference was held in Wuhan, Hubei.

On the afternoon of the 18th, Wang Zhonglin, Vice Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Governor, held discussions with leaders of industry associations, academicians, and corporate representatives attending the 2023 China Textile Conference in Wuhan. Zhang Hongxia as a representative of an industry leader participated in the discussion.

On the morning of the 19th, the 2023 China Textile Conference held its main session. During the event, Zhang Hongxia, the Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Driving Innovation, Empowering with Digitalization: Contributing to the Construction of a Modernized Textile Industry System." She elaborated on the specific practices and future development ideas to transform the company from Entrepreneurial Weiqiao to Innovative Weiqiao, Technological Weiqiao, and Green Weiqiao.

Several significant industry awards were presented during the conference. Weiqiao Textile Co., Ltd. was honored as the 2023 China Textile Industry Innovative Demonstration Technology Enterprise, and our employee Jian Min was recognized as the “China Textile Grand Craftsman”.
