On the morning of December 8th, the provincial party committee held a symposium for private entrepreneurs. Provincial Party Secretary Lin Wu chaired the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, 30 private entrepreneurs who attended spoke one by one. Lin Wu carefully listened to everyone's speeches, occasionally interjecting for exchanges and asking specific questions.
