On June 27, Weiqiao Pioneering Group held 2023 half-year work summary conference, solemnly commended the leading team of technological innovation and technical experts who made outstanding contributions to the production and operation of the enterprise, summarized the work in the first half of the year, carefully analyzed the current situation, arranged and deployed the work in the second half of the year, mobilized the majority of cadres and workers to work together and strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks of the year.

Zhang Bo, chairman of our Group, made an important speech, and Zhang Hongxia, secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of our Group, read the "Decision on recognizing 2023 technical experts". Zhang Yanhong and other members of the company's leadership team attended the conference and presented awards to technical experts.

In his speech, chairman Zhang Bo expressed warm congratulations to the comrades who were commended, briefly summarized the production and operation situation of our Group in the first half of the year, analyzed and pointed out the shortcomings in the work, and focused on the four work of continuously strengthening the all-round innovation of the enterprise, the construction of talent team, the cultivation of emerging industries, and the construction of "HOME" culture.

At the conference, Zhang Hongxia read the "Decision on recognizing 2023 technical experts". She hoped that the comrades who were commended would cherish their honor, make persistent efforts, give full play to their exemplary leading role, work in practice with higher standards, and walk in the forefront.

Ten technical innovation leading teams, twenty-eight worker technicians, thirty-one operation technology experts, thirty-one equipment technology experts, thirty-one energy saving and efficiency award winners, fourteen scientific research innovation award winners were commended and certificates, bonuses and prizes were awarded to them at the conference.

The main conference was set up in the hall on the first floor of our Group headquarters, and more than 40 sub-conferences were set up in each production base. Nearly 2,700 section level or above management cadres and technical experts commended attended the meeting.
