On April 18th, Robin Scheiner, the general manager of Glencore International Plc Aluminum Department, and a delegation visited Weiqiao Pioneering Group for inspection and exchange. The Chairman of our Group, Zhang Bo, had a discussion and exchange with Robin Scheiner and his delegation.

At the discussion, both parties deeply discussed the current development status and trends of the domestic and foreign aluminum industry. Zhang Bo expressed the hope that both sides could further enhance understanding, find cooperation points, and jointly promote the development of the international aluminum industry towards green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and efficient directions, achieving win-win and shared benefits.

Robin Scheiner stated that as a leading backbone enterprise in the aluminum industry, Weiqiao Pioneering Group took new concepts and technologies as its path, innovatively leading the green and high-end development of the aluminum industry, with huge development potential and promising prospects. He hoped that both sides could take this inspection and exchange as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and docking, and carry out strategic cooperation in multiple fields and at a deeper level.

During the inspection process, Robin Scheiner and his delegation visited the enterprise exhibition hall, alumina company, 600KA electrolysis series production line, new materials company, and Weiqiao lightweight base.
