On
January 21, on Chinese New Year's Eve, Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering
Group, visited three production bases in Yangxin, Huji and Binzhou to pay
tribute to the cadres and staff who held their posts during the Spring
Festival, and presented the New Year greetings and holiday gift packs.
Chairman Zhang Bo went deep into the production line, shook
hands with the cadres and workers who worked hard at all posts, and paid high
tribute to their dedication to giving up their homes, serving everyone and
sticking to their posts to ensure production during the Spring Festival.
At the staff representative symposium, Chairman Zhang Bo
kindly inquired about everyone's work and life, and made in-depth exchanges
with everyone on issues of common concern to employees, such as the future
development plan of the enterprise, innovation management, professional talent
training, employee compensation and welfare treatment.
After
listening carefully to everyone's speech, Chairman Zhang Bo said that in the new
development period, the enterprise cultivation layout of new industries, new
forms of business needed the support of existing industries, but also needed
all the cadres and staff based on their own positions, abide by their
responsibilities, to jointly lay a solid foundation for the realization of new
development of enterprises. The company would also build a multi-dimensional
learning platform for everyone, provide more development opportunities, build

The
event lasted for more than 6 hours, from the lights on in the early evening, to
the lights of thousands of homes, to the Chinese New Year's bell ringing, the
event ended at 1 a.m. Chairman Zhang Bo drove several hundred kilometers to
visit 15 points of sympathy in 3 production bases and had face-to-face
discussions with more than 50 cadres and workers.
