Weiqiao Pioneering Group Zhang Bo said in his speech that Weiqiao Pioneering Group was based on its own innovative development strategy and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. in 2019. One year later, today, on the opening day of the conference, five research centers and two testing centers would be opened and 10 joint laboratory projects would be deployed and launched at one time. Seven scientific and technological innovation companies launched in Binzhou would be opened and 17 technology projects would be deployed and launched at one time. The past achievements were encouraging, and a bright future must be carefully planned. To this end, this conference set up 8 special seminars, gathering experts in the fields of science, education, finance, and industry to carry out high-end dialogues and seminars to further promote and plan a new situation of integration, innovation and development of "scientists, financiers and industrialists".

At the meeting, a centralized unveiling and launching ceremony of science and technology innovation cooperation projects was held. The University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. and Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group reached strategic cooperation in 2019.
